The FMA WA committee invite all to join them in celebrating World FM Day 2023 and this years theme of #Making a Real Difference.

This year we’ll celebrate with a site tour of one of Perth’s most advanced and sustainable commercial buildings, One The Esplanade followed by networking with your fellow FMs over canapes and drinks at the Oyster Bar while enjoying views over Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River.

One The Esplanade is a 29-level, circa 57,000 sqm PCA Premium Grade office building with state-of-the-art end of trip facilities including retail, food and beverage options, as well as gymnasium and childcare facilities. The building, designed by Hassell and constructed by Multiplex, is targeting 6-star Green Star, a minimum 5 star NABERS energy rating and an IWBI WELL Core Gold certification

Attendees will meet at One The Esplande at 4pm sharp for a site tour of the new building, then will cross the road to the Oyster Bar for drinks and networking with fellow FMs.
