Marcus is an Executive Leader with over 20 years of IT global experience managing client relationships. Marcus has worked as a Client Relationship Executive in China for IT Services MNC responsible for: General Motors and American Airlines off shore set ups for their back office functions. Marcus has successfully managed large scale Robotic Process Automation programs for clients across a number of industries in Australia and over the last 6 months Leading several Artificial Intelligence engagements with clients, for customer contracts centres and Hospital Groups.
