The theme for 2024 is "Count Her in: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress"

When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. At this event we will celebrate women's achievement and by raising awareness about discrimination and taking action to drive gender parity. IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere.

The event will provide you with a light breakfast with a networking opportunity to connect with likeminded others and celebrate this annual event.

Sarah has worked in the facilities management sector for 4+ year within BGIS' People & Culture team. In her current role as HR Business Partner, Sarah supports over 500 employees in trades and projects positions across BGIS Australia. Sarah is passionate about supporting gender equality and challenging the norms in the industry.
