NSW Property Services Advisory Council

The Property Services Advisory Council is a consultative reference group established to provide the Minister for Fair Trading with advice about issues relevant to the property services industry. 

The Council is established under Section 25G of the Fair Trading Act 1987 (the Act) to furnish advice to the Minister:

1. as to such issues relevant to the property services industry as it thinks fit or as are referred to it by the Minister

• as to any issues relevant to any legislation administered by the Minister for Fair Trading and relating to the property services industry; and
• as to education or research programs relating to the property services industry, that are or might be government funded.
