NABERS FY21 Annual Report

The NABERS FY21 Financial Report is now available.   Major achievements listed in the report are:

• launched into residential aged care and retirement living sectors

• collaborated with the BBP and BRE to launch the NABERS UK scheme

• removed ratings fees for many NABERS ratings to assist customers during the pandemic 

• launched a new state-of-the-art platform NABERS Perform

• adjusted the NGA factors to account for the greening of the grid
