ASBEC Women in Construction Future Leaders Pilot
The ASBEC Women in Construction Future Leaders Pilot aims to research the current participation rate of women in key member organisations, learn from existing women in construction programs and identify the key barriers to retaining women in construction.
The ASBEC Women in Construction Pilot will be delivered in three stages:
- Scoping study to understand current participation rates and key retention challenges for women in ASBEC member organisations (Currently in progress until 29 Sept 2023),
- The development of a pilot program based on study insights (Early October),
- The delivery of the ASBEC Women in Construction pilot program, with a final report highlighting key outcomes (October to January 2024).
