As General Manager – Property and Sustainability at RAAFA WA, Phillip oversees a $1 billion portfolio, spread scores 7 retirement villages and 5 Residential aged care facilities  leads initiatives to achieve excellence in assets and infrastructure management,  net-zero outcomes. He brings a strong track record in organisational transformation, including leading major change programs across Australia and the UK.
