Martin Dodge

Martin Dodge currently leads the property strategy, facilities management, procurement and sustainability organisation at MercyCare, a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care, early learning and community services in Western Australia. In recent years, this has included the client-side lead in the construction of a new 108-bed residential aged care facility in Maddington, the restructuring of the FM team and the development of MercyCare’s net zero road map.
Prior to MercyCare, Martin spent 20 years in the aerospace industry leading facilities management for BAE Systems at a major UK and indirect procurement for Airbus UK.

After moving to Australia 15 years ago, Martin headed the Supply Chain and IT organisations for an iron ore miner over and eight-year period, negotiating major supply agreements for contract mining, rail and port. He has also provided independent consultancy services and held senior procurement roles at Fremantle Ports and BGC.

Away from work, Martin loves spending time with his family, is trying to avoid an early death by running and is an amateur clay potter.
