Damien Postma

Damien Postma is the Manager - Demand Delivery at Water Corporation, leading a dedicated team of water efficiency specialists in delivering Waterwise customer demand management and behaviour change initiatives. His team works across residential, non-residential, urban, and regional contexts, covering most of Western Australia. 

Having grown up in the South West, Damien is deeply committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for regional WA communities. With tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science and Law from Murdoch University and The University of Western Australia, he brings a broad experience base to his leadership at Water Corporation.  Beyond his current role, Damien has held leadership roles across the commercial, government, and community sectors, primarily focusing on community behaviour change, water management, river and estuarine conservation, biodiversity protection, and sustainable agriculture.

His career reflects a passion for driving sustainable water solutions and fostering lasting environmental stewardship.
