With over 15 years of extensive experience in facilities and asset management, Annie currently leads the Facilities Management and Engineering division at Centuria.
Currently, with over 320 assets and 20 billion dollars, across 4 assets class under management. Annie brings a rich background in construction, having worked on projects across Australia and Europe. This diverse experience has equipped Annie with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of global best practices. Known for a strong focus on sustainability, Annie has consistently driven innovation and excellence in asset management.
As a passionate advocate for diversity and sustainability, in her current role, Annie oversees a dynamic team of 50 facilities managers.
The department is quite unique and manages procurement, risk management, and sustainable operations, ensuring that Centuria's properties are not only efficient but also environmentally responsible.
Under Annie's leadership, the Facilities Management and Engineering division has achieved significant milestones in operational efficiency and property value enhancement. Annie‘s commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment has been instrumental in driving Centuria's success in the competitive real estate market.
Annie ‘s passion for the industry led her to the position of Chair for the FMA WA committee, and Deputy for the PCA diversity and inclusion committee.
