Caroline has been working for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) since August 2021, dedicated to the global contract as the Regional Facilities Manager for Adobe's APAC portfolio, including Japan.
Since Caroline moved to Australia in December 2008 has mainly worked for the Global Service Providers JLL and C&W. She has also worked for Scentre Group as the GM, FM; Director, Software Solutions at SoftwareOne and run her own consultancy, CFC for a short time through the Pandemic.
Originally having qualified with her Certificate in Personnel Practice back in the UK in the 80s, Caroline has focused her career on helping people, keeping work environments safe, clean and compliant , ensuring that her teams are delivering exceptional customer service whilst supporting on-going training, development and mentoring of numerous property, construction and facility individuals either directly and/or through her extensive networks. "People" is Caroline's true passion.
