Sue Borhan

Sue is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global learning, talent, organisational development and facilitation of change initiatives across the Brookfield GIS business.


This role involves consulting with end users, business partners and senior leaders across the organisation to identify, recommend, design, develop and evaluate learning, engagement and change management solutions that can be delivered in a variety of mediums.


Most recently Sue has expanded her focus to include leading the development and delivery of learning and development tools to support our clients through their change journey. This includes a range of initiatives from senior leadership sessions on leading in a flexible environment to employee focussed toolkits to help with day-to-day life in an agile workplace.
