UNE Partnerships, the Education & Training Company of the University of New England, seeks expressions of interest from qualified trainers to provide course delivery and assessment services to students enrolled in the Diploma of Facilities Management. As selected members of the UNE Partnerships team, trainers are expected to deliver a high level of service both internally to UNE Partnerships and to our students and clients. UNE Partnerships aims to develop the best possible skills and knowledge available in the field through provision of a combination of academic and industry expertise and high-quality course materials and support services. Only persons with the required qualifications and experience will be considered. Minimum requirements are outlined below.

Essential:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Current or recent experience in Facilities Management
  • Diploma or higher level qualification relevant to Facilities Management
  • Experience as a trainer and assessor in the VET sector
  • Experience as a Facilities Manager in a commercial property environment
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of a long-term Visa that permits full-time work

 Desirable: 

  • A tertiary qualification relevant to the field
  • Membership of the Facility Management Association of Australia

The successful applicant may be required to obtain a National Police Check and/or a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
