FMA welcomes three Silver Sponsors

The Facility Management Association (FMA) is proud to welcome three new Silver Sponsors: Urbanise, Academy Services and ARA Property Services. Each company aligns with the Association’s values. Together, they represent the many and varied aspects of facilities management (FM).

Academy Services is a national company that has been providing commercial cleaning and facility services for over 40 years. With a focus on quality, consistency and value, Academy is an innovative and customer-focused company that uses state-of-the-art technology and processes to deliver exceptional service delivery to organisations throughout metropolitan and regional Australia.

ARA Property Services provides cleaning, maintenance and rapid response services for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government and food manufacturing facilities across Australia and New Zealand. The company offers cutting-edge technology, with a focus on sustainability and community.

Urbanise is a leading global provider of innovative software, proven best practices and professional services that support building owners, occupiers and service providers. Today’s buildings need smart management — the Urbanise Facilities platform negates paperwork and gives unprecedented clarity over operations.

The platform is used to manage infrastructure, buildings, housing estates and local government. The system is cloud-based and completely integrates facilities, assets and workforce management into a single platform. Urbanise has also harnessed the power of AI and machine learning to help automate daily tasks which helps deliver efficiencies and improved service.

“Urbanise, Academy Services and ARA Property Services all share the Association’s vision for an FM industry that is dynamic, diverse and sustainable,” said FMA Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Burt. “By partnering with the Association their support will allow our continued work to promote and represent the industry.”

ARA Property Services CEO Paul McCann said, “We are happy to extend our relationship with FMA and build our profile in the FM industry.”

“Academy Services is proud to sponsor the FMA as we strive to build relationships throughout the FM industry,” said Academy Services General Manager John Hoffman. “Our focus is on partnering with FM experts to provide coordinated environmental solutions for their customers. We do this by providing quality services that are flexible and adaptable to changing needs.”
