More than 200 people gathered across the country on Thursday 3 December 2020 to celebrate the 10th annual FM Industry Awards for Excellence. The event was held across four locations – Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth – with Cliftons Venues providing the perfect setting.

While very different to previous years, FM’s night of nights turned out to be another great success. The year brought numerous challenges, from keeping buildings COVID-safe to the economic downturn, but these events also pushed facilities management into the spotlight as an essential service.

“After a trying year, it is even more important to come together to celebrate a decade of excellence, in addition to the industry’s considerable achievements during 2020,” said Nicholas Burt, Chief Executive of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA). “We are proud of the resilient and agile way that the industry responded to the many challenges posed by COVID-19.”

The FMA would like to congratulate all the winners and nominees. We would also like to thank everyone who helped make this event possible, especially our sponsors.

Congratulations to the winners!
