Facility type - Tourist accommodation / hotels
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of tourist accommodation, hotels and the like.
Facility type - Sports / leisure
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of sports and leisure facilities. Facilities include, but are not limited to: Aquatic centres, Outdoor and indoor sporting/ recreational facilities, stadiums, etc.
Facility type - Hospitals / healthcare / aged care
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of healthcare facilities such as hospitals, aged care, etc.
Facility type - Education / schools
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of public and private primary, secondary and tertiary educational facilities. This does not include private corporate training centres, which are considered to be corporate related facilities.
Facility type - Transport / infrastructure
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of transport and infrastructure related facilities. Facilities include, but are not limited to: Railway stations/depots, Airports, Carparks, Ports, etc.
Facility type - Industrial / mining
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of industrial facilities and mining on-site facilities. This does not include corporate offices located off the mine site.
Facility type - Government / special purpose
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of public facilities, other than those specifically identified. These include but are not limited to libraries, court houses, parliament house, etc. Government departmental offices can be considered as both ‘Corporate/ Offices’ and ‘Government/ Special purposes’.
Facility type - Retail/ restaurant / food outlets
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of retail and retail related facilities (i.e. showrooms, shopping centres (inc. food courts), restaurants, etc.
Facility type - Corporate/ offices
Subjects that specifically address the efficient and effective management of office buildings, and other corporate related facilities.
