Good Practice in Residential & Strata FM National Summit


In response to demand from facility management professionals, FMA is proud to present the second event in our “Future FM National Summit Series”.  This one day summit will focus on “Good Practice in Residential & Strata FM” and will be held at the Telstra Customer Insight Centre, Melbourne on Thursday 7 September, 2017.


The program includes two half day sessions (Compliance & Regulation in Residential & Strata FM and The Future of Residential & Strata FM) along with tea breaks and a working lunch. 


After the sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to keep the conversation going in the relaxed atmosphere of networking refreshments.

FMA recognises the growth in Residential Strata housing and mixed-use developments with large proportions of the population living under one roof.  With that in mind, we are establishing a national portfolio group made up of industry bodies, specialists and suppliers to develop a strategic direction, and we would value your input, feedback and involvement, both in this session and as a participant in this national portfolio group.

In a rapidly developing sector of our industry, this session will bring together key industry leaders to provide insight into the amount of construction being undertaken across the country. It will focus on the impending management and operational changes to highlight issues in which the industry needs to implement strategies to support the role of facilities management professionals moving forward.
