FM Salary Surveys
The FMA regularly conducts industry-wide surveys investigating the salaries, benefits, responsibilities and satisfaction rates of facilities management professionals. This information is used to establish benchmarks designed to assist organisations and professionals within the facilities management industry to set remuneration strategies. The Surveys also provide insights of wider relevance to all industry stakeholders regarding diversity, education, experience and intentions of facilities management practitioners.
For the first time, the 2015 edition includes data from New Zealand.
2015 FM Salary Survey
The 2015 Salary Survey report provides a broad industry benchmark of professional salaries, benefits, responsibilities and satisfaction rates within the Australian and New Zealand facilities management industries.
Following an extensive survey of Australian and New Zealand FM practitioners this report provides valuable assistance to organisations and senior management when setting their remuneration strategies. The Survey findings also offer insights of relevance to all industry stakeholders regarding diversity, education, experience and intentions of FM practitioners. Undertaken by the Facility Management Association of Australia with the support of the Facility Management Association of New Zealand.
