Join the FMA QLD Committee to celebrate and honour International Women's Day 2022 as they explore this year's theme of #BreaktheBias. Through the panel discussion and open conversation with the audience, they will focus on how we can create a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. In particular, how can we encourage and support a gender diverse workplace by attracting more young women into the FM industry. How do we make this industry a visible and attractive career path to girls in high school and university?
As the UN International Women's Day Council recognise, fostering equality today helps us become more resilient and creates a sustainable future for all. We need women's voices in all industries to be able to achieve the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. So come join the discussion on how the FM Industry can be leaders in this mission and develop connections and pathways for more women to enjoy a rewarding career in FM.
