There is a big opportunity for Australia to be a leader in the global energy transformation and applying the right technology in the right areas will be crucial for our future economy.

 To achieve our net zero objective, both hydrogen and electricity will need to be produced using renewable energy. While progress continues in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) – to remove carbon emissions from energy generation from hydrocarbon fuels, the more certain path to reduce emissions will be through the adoption and use of renewable energy.
