 Kristiana Greenwood - Director Strategic Relationships GJK Facility Services

Kristiana is the Director Strategic Relationships at GJK Facility Services. Prior to this role, she was the Co-founder and Director of FM Innovations, an award-winning technology company which she sold in early 2019 to Zuuse, a leading global software platform for construction and building operations. Kris is a graduate of AICD and was appointed the first female Chair of FMA Australia in 2015, and is currently on the board as the Immediate Past Chair.

She is a Non-Executive Director of Zuuse, a Board Member of Housing All Australians, a Director of TEN Women and an Advisory Board Member of GJK. Kris has been a member of several PCA committees over the years and participated as a Mentor in the PCA Mentoring program for several years.

 Byron Price - Chairman - Facility Management Association of Australia, Strategic Development Director A.G. Coombs

Bryon Price is a professional engineer with long and notable experience in building services and building operations. He is the Strategic Development Director for the A.G. Coombs Group of Companies. A member of the Board of Global FM. A long-standing member of the Board of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air conditioning and Heating – AIRAH and a member of the Board of Australian Refrigeration and Building Services - ARBS. He is a Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria with 40 years experience in engineering and building services.

 Kate Russell- Founder -The Huddle

Kate is our fearless leader and the Director of The Huddle. She brings almost 20 years of experience as a conflict management specialist and team-building mentor and is also a qualified mediator, skilled workshop facilitator, confident and engaging speaker and author of Leaders Who Lead.

Working extensively with leaders and teams across many different industries and business sizes, Kate has supported hundreds of people to build high levels of trust, communicate effectively and reduce stress (both their own and within teams) to create safe and dynamic workplaces. Kate has previously managed a variety of teams herself, mediated thousands of workplace disputes and served on statutory panels including the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, Public Housing Authority and Child Support Agency.  Kate is passionate about building up teams, ensuring everyone gets a voice and finding time to strengthen their interpersonal relationships. She enjoys using her creative problem-solving skills to determine the best way to help organisations and teams to be more productive, effective and innovative. As well as having a great sense of fun, Kate is sensitive to the needs of the group, likes to think outside the square and most importantly, is a fantastic listener.

 Alan Short - Managing Director of Fire & Emergency Services SA

 

Alan is the Managing Director of Fire & Emergency Services SA, the largest family-owned fire protection maintenance company in South Australia. Fire & Emergency Services SA has won a number of wards including Strata Support Business of the Year (SA) in 2021, 2019 & 2018 and finalist in the Fire Protection Company of the Year (National) in 2018 and 2019. 

Alan is author of a number of books related to fire protection maintenance and emergency planning. Alan is passionate about helping building owners and facility managers maintain buildings that are fire safe. At the end of 2000 Fire & Emergency Services SA at the request of staff transitioned from an office-based business to a completely remote workplace. And the result is a team that is better connected and more productive than ever before.
